PROSPECTS FOR TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

Uzbekistan, with its rich history, unique cultural heritage, and strategic
location along the ancient Silk Road, possesses significant potential for tourism
development. This paper explores the diverse opportunities and challenges facing
the tourism sector in Uzbekistan, examining the factors that can drive sustainable
