Abstract
This article examines strategies for improving competitive advantage in enterprises operating under market economy conditions. In today’s rapidly changing economic environment, businesses face increasing competition, which requires them to continuously enhance their strategic management approaches. The study analyzes key factors that influence competitiveness, including innovation, cost efficiency, product quality, human resource management, and market adaptation. Special attention is given to strategic tools that help enterprises strengthen their position in both domestic and international markets. The findings suggest that effective implementation of modern management strategies, digital technologies, and innovation-oriented policies significantly contributes to sustainable competitive advantage. The article also highlights the importance of continuous improvement, flexibility, and customer-oriented approaches in achieving long-term success in a market economy
