Abstract

The article is devoted to the review of modern views and approaches to the surgical treatment of giant ventral
hernias. The results of various plastic surgery options, the specifics of their implementation are considered and the frequency
and structure of various specific and common complications are analyzed in detail. Modern approaches to laparoscopic
allogernioplasty options, the advantages of these techniques and the results are described in detail.
