Abstract
The article presents the results of research on the use of aquatic
plants for wastewater treatment in closed ecosystems of the Aral Sea region.
Aquatic plants Lemna minor and Chlorella vulgaris have a high efficiency of
wastewater treatment of closed ecosystems and their effectiveness as biofilters
form the basis for improving the technology of biological wastewater treatment
