Abstract
Patients with mixed facial bone injuries, encompassing fractures of the
mandible, maxilla, and/or zygomatic complex, often experience significant
challenges in maintaining adequate oral hygiene. These injuries can lead to pain,
limited mouth opening, malocclusion, and the presence of intraoral fixation
devices, all of which impede normal oral hygiene practices
